QUICHES

Our personal 5" Quiches are made and delivered on order.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
Breakfast: Serve alone.
Lunch or Dinner, serve with a soup or a salad.
If refrigerated, best to bake at 350 F. for 12 or 13 mn.
Quiches can be frozen. To thaw, microwave 1mn 15 sec.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS for au gratin crepes:
Preheat oven to 350F. bake at 350 for 10 min and broil on high for 5 min.

SMOKED FISH
Our fish is smoked with only wood and spices.

AVAILABILITY:
Special orders: Mackerel, Haddock. Mahi.

Every week end: Mullet and Salmon

PACKAGING:
The fish are individually packaged with a shelf life of about 2 weeks refrigerated. Can be frozen.

Our dips are made on order with fresh ingredients.

We offer 3 styles of dips: smoked mullet, smoked Salmon and garlic shrimp.

BEEF BURGUNDY

Beef long simmered in wine, under a flaky puff pastry, with carrots and potatoes

warm up in oven at 350 F for 25 minutes

SPECIALTY DISHES

BOUILLABAISSE

Seafood soup with shrimp, clams and blue crab. served with garlic croutons and Rouille (lightly spicy red mayonnaise). Warm up covered stovetop.

COUSCOUS

Lamb meat with lamb sausages ( merguez) stew with vegetables on a bed of couscous grain. made with special spices from Morrocco.

warm up stew stovetop, covered and add grain at the end.

PAELLA

Chicken, pork, chorizo, shrimp, mussels with vegetables on a bed of safron rice.

To warm up, saute in olive oil for 10 minutes.
